Tokyo's oldest temple, marked by the giant Kaminarimon Gate. Nakamise Street leading up to it is lined with traditional snacks and souvenir stalls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I customize which stops we visit?

Yes. You choose any 5 to 6 stops from the full list based on your interests, whether that's culture, food, shopping, or modern attractions.

Is this different from your Tokyo and Nikko 2-day tour?

Yes. This is a Tokyo-only day, fully built around the stops you pick. Our 2-day tour pairs a fixed Tokyo day with a full day in Nikko for UNESCO shrines and waterfalls, if you want both cities in one trip.

How long is the tour?

The tour runs about 10 hours, giving you time to comfortably cover your chosen stops without rushing.

What if I want to add a stop that's not on the list?

Mention it when booking. Depending on location and timing, your driver may be able to fit in an extra stop outside the standard list.

Can I spend more time at one location and skip another?

Yes. Since it's a private car, you set the pace, spend longer at Senso-ji and skip Odaiba, or the other way around.

Is this tour good for a first visit to Tokyo?

Yes. The default stops (Senso-ji, Skytree, Meiji Jingu, Shibuya, Odaiba) cover a solid mix of Tokyo's traditional and modern sides, making it a strong choice if it's your first time in the city.

Do I need to book entrance tickets in advance?

No advance booking needed for most stops on this tour. If you add TeamLab Planets, that one does require a timed ticket, so let us know in advance if you want it included.

What happens if a stop is closed or too crowded on the day?

Your driver adjusts the route in real time. If Shibuya Crossing is packed with tour groups or a shrine is closed for an event, you'll move to the next stop and revisit timing later in the day if possible.
