Yes, every tour is fully private and built around your specific dates, interests, and pace. There are no fixed group schedules or shared buses. Whether you want a full-day Mount Fuji excursion, a multi-destination trip across Tokyo, Nikko, and Hakone, or something seasonal like cherry blossom viewing or snow travel in Nagano, we plan it from scratch based on what you want to see.

How far in advance should I book a private Japan tour?

We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks before your travel date. During peak seasons, specifically cherry blossom season in late March and April, and autumn foliage season in October and November, availability fills up faster so booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead is safer. If you have a tight timeline, message us on WhatsApp anyway and we'll let you know what is available.

What is Karvaan Tours' cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the tour type and arrangements already confirmed.
